SEC Exec Comp Disclosure Proposal in Federal Register

The SEC‘s proposed regulations on executive compensation disclosures and related party disclosures, originally posted early Friday January 27 on the the agency’s website (File No. S7-03-06), have made it to publication in the Federal Register. [71 FR 6541] That puts April 10 on my calendar as the deadline for comment, which can be submitted electronically at the SEC website.
